Thank you for trusting Unotebook. The following terms and policies summarize your rights, obligations, and how we protect your data.
Unotebook is provided by Shenzhen Ami Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “the Company”). By accessing or using Unotebook and any related features or services (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We drafted these terms with reference to mature industry practices, public documentation from leading technology companies, and applicable regulations. Please stop using the Service immediately if you do not agree with any part of these terms.
These terms apply to every individual or organization that accesses or uses the Service, whether or not an account has been created. They form a legally binding agreement between you and the Service.
We may revise the terms to reflect product changes or legal updates. Revised terms take effect upon publication, and we will notify you through in-product announcements or messages. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms or presents security risks, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, comply with the laws of the People’s Republic of China and any other applicable jurisdiction, and respect others’ rights. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Certain features may be offered via subscription, usage-based billing, or one-time purchases. By choosing paid features you agree to the stated pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal terms, and refund policies.
We may rely on third-party payment processors. When doing so, you must follow the applicable terms and privacy policies of those providers.
You retain ownership of the content (text, images, audio, video, etc.) that you upload or generate in the Service. You grant us and our partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, back up, process, analyze, and display that content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
You must have the lawful rights to the content you provide and ensure it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful interests. You are solely responsible for disputes arising from your content.
The Service may leverage proprietary or third-party large language models to deliver summaries, drafts, and other AI-generated results. Such output can be uncertain, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should verify critical information and assume full responsibility for how the results are used.
We reserve the right to filter, block, or remove prompts, inputs, or outputs that violate policies so we can keep the Service safe and compliant.
We take data protection seriously. Detailed practices are described in the Privacy Policy on this page. Unless otherwise required by law, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without authorization or a valid legal basis.
The Service may integrate third-party APIs, models, payment providers, or links. Those services are operated independently, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. Review and comply with the relevant terms before using them.
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties about accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed the fees (if any) you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different amount is required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you violate these terms or applicable laws, and we may remove or block related content. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service for operational, security, or compliance reasons and will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If no agreement is reached, either party may bring an action before the competent court where the Company is located.
